The Director of Car Technology Ltd has decided to change his focus of operations and close its sales and workshop centre based at Glasgow Road West in Bathgate due to current economic and other factors with great regret to our staff and customers alike.
It has been increasingly difficult to continue trading in these tough economic times and maintain a high level of service and skill set for our customer base from our fixed location in Bathgate.
I would like to thank all our loyal customers for their continued and new business, however Car Technology Ltd will now cease to trade with immediate effect.
The Online business Caraudio4less.net will now be owned and operated by an existing employee who will be able to take care of any new sales for products listed on that website.
The Installation and Service side has also passed to a former employee who will be able to take care of new installations and a range of services but now on a mobile basis by appointment.
Any warranty issues that have arisen from products purchased from MRD Electrical or Car Technology Ltd in the last 12 months to 27th November 2012 may be handled on a case by case basis from either of the above new companies but as they do not take over any liabilities from Car Technology Ltd would be done so as a good will gesture.
It may mean any product related queries would have to be dealt directly with the product manufacturers them selves and their authorised repair centre with appropriate proof of purchase and warranty documents.
